Sports specific training is an effective way to help you improve at your chosen sport, whether it’s coping with 90 minutes of football, getting to the net quicker or beating your personal best for the Bristol 10k! By using certain training methods we can develop not just your stamina and muscular strength, but also your motor skills and flexibility.
Co-owner and trainer David Rees represented England at rugby gaining 11 caps, and also played for Bristol from 1999 – 2003. His invaluable experience playing at international level enables him to coach people, of all ages, to improve in all aspects of their game, whatever the sport.
