I have been working in the fitness industry since 2004 and have been personal training for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed working with a vast range of clientele with many different objectives – from weight loss and lower back pain to marathon running and preparing for a trek to Everest base camp.
I believe the key to my clients successes lies in training them progressively to go beyond any pre-conceived limits and realise what they are truly capable of. Through this, and encouraging them to find enjoyment in exercise and take up new activities, I have helped many to achieve their goals.
It is essential that all goals are viewed as long term too, not as quick fixes – it must be a lifestyle change and something you fully commit to.
