David Rees

David Rees, England rugby union international has been working as a fitness consultant and personal trainer since his professional sporting days.

Dave has been helping clients get results, drawing on his experience in a wide range of sports. His training ethos is variety, enjoyment and maintaining motivation in order to get the best from his clients.

My time in sport has allowed me to share, motivate, guide and get results with all manner of clients. Having been faced with many injuries and time out of sport, I understand the barriers to fitness and how to overcome them and I strive to meet the clients’ needs – from weight loss, completing a triathlon or injury rehabilitation. I have a range of techniques that compliment training and key tips and advice in weight management, muscular development,nutrition and core work, from my 13 years in sport
