We have trainers who specialise in training for a range of different sports and activities, including rugby, tennis, running, golf, motorsport and skiing (see the individual trainer profiles to find out more about what each trainer specialises in).
The purpose of sports specific training is to help you to improve at your chosen sport, whether it’s coping with 90 minutes of football, getting to the net quicker or beating your personal best for a 10k run! Using certain training methods we can develop not just your stamina and muscular strength, but also your motor skills and flexibility.
Co-owner and trainer David Rees represented England at rugby gaining 11 caps, and also played for Bristol from 1999 – 2003. His invaluable experience playing at international level enables him to coach people, of all ages, to improve in all aspects of their game, whatever the sport. We also have trainers that have reached high levels in (ultra) distance running, skiing and long distance cycling and as a result they have invaluable experience in these areas.
