In addition to his personal training and fitness instructing qualifications, Mike has a degree in Sport and Physical Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Before pursuing his personal training career, he has worked as a sports coach and also spent four years teaching PE.
As a semi-professional Rugby player, strength and conditioning has been a fundamental aspect of Mike’s own training for a long time. He has learned from some top Strength and Conditioning Coaches and loves helping other athletes to develop and improve their performances. Mike also works with a range of clients who have many different goals, for example weight loss, increasing muscle or simply feeling more confident in their own body. He prides himself on delivering engaging sessions that are differentiated for the needs of each individual in order for them to achieve their goals.
Mike is passionate about fitness. He is always looking to educate himself and increase his understanding of different training methods, anatomy and nutrition in order for him to provide clients with effective training programmes, feedback and advice.
Mike will be based in the excellent new training facilities at Badminton School
