Naomi started her fitness career in 2014 and considers it one of the best decisions she has ever made. Fitness and nutrition have always played an important role in her life, she is proud to be able to teach and share this knowledge, which is forever expanding. Over the last year she has been leading Wild Bootcamp Bristol in St George Park, focussing in functional fitness.
Gymnastics was her main interest as a child, competing regionally. In her late teens she found her passion for bouldering and sport climbing which she has been pursuing ever since, developing her strength, balance and flexibility and always striving to improve. She is dedicated to her own training and loves to lift. Her outlook on training and eating healthily is – when your doing it everything else follows – feeling driven, more focused and most importantly feeling good.
She is extremely passionate about coaching, starting people on their fitness journey, guiding clients to reach their fitness goals and achieving new levels of fitness. Resistance training to Interval training, Naomi will design a program unique and tailored to you. Believing that if you fall in love with the process of getting and maintaining your fitness and health it will lead you to achieving your goals, sticking with good habits and resulting in an improved lifestyle.
